Wow, photographing Matt was a lot of fun. This kid is not shy or unsure of himself, as you can see from some of the photos below. And he and his friends know how to have a good time.
Matthew did a great job with his reading and services were beautiful. And everybody came back to Temple for the party that evening. The theme was an awards ceremony and everybody had a blast.
Jake was a funny kid and we had a good time photographing his Bar Mitzvah. Services were at Temple Emanuel with the party happening right afterward at Starmount Country Club. It’s been a while since I’d been to a daytime event but these guys came ready to party.

and he killed. He had people rolling the whole time:
We had a great time working with Max and his family. Max did a great job with his service and then got down on the dance floor all night long. It was a beautiful party, the DJ even played the Wake Forest fight song for him during the horah! It was a really cool event, we even got to do some photos on the spot for them, and I look forward to the next time I get to work with these guys.
